Rental Camper at Bristol Campground

Already set up less than one mile from race track. Totally self contained, very good condition and very clean. Roof-top air conditioner, great furnace, full kitchen with microwave, double sink, nice two door refrigerator,  stove, oven, free high speed wireless internet service, cable TV, etc. Three beds (1 queen, two sofa beds).  Can sleep two in queen bed, one adult or two small kids in each of the sofa beds, and there is an additional double air mattress that can be placed on the floor in the roomy interior.  This camper can sleep up to 6 people. 24 ft long with a single big room (plus a roomy full bathroom) and a queen size bed that swings down.  This is actually a toy hauler/camper, so there is lots of extra room inside.  Outside there is a large fire pit with free firewood, lots of chairs, and a picnic tables.  During NASCAR races, the fire pit is shared. During off-season the firepit and picnic area are included at no charge for private use with the trailer campsite rental. Ideal for a secure private vacation stay, or for a family group visiting Bristol events.

This trailer belongs to us and is located on our small campground property less than a mile from BMS. Owner will review operation of appliances and heating/cooling system. All linens and towels furnished. Includes full campground privileges. The adjacent community building is available at no charge during NASCAR events and can be reserved as a large party hall at additional cost (when available) during the off-season. The party Hall includes several TVs (one big screen), lots of inside flush toilets and hot showers. No pets without advance approval. No smoking inside. 

NOTE: This camper is already rented for the March 2012 and August 2012 NASCAR races.
We will accept a reservations for other events. Previous renters will have first right of refusal for future bookings.

OFF-SEASON RENTAL RATES
$125 plus tax per night for up to four people with no pets
$100 security deposit required with reservation (returned within one week after property inspection)
Some dogs possible with pre-approval and $100 additional pet deposit

NASCAR RENTAL RATES
$975 plus tax for up to six days (flat rate) on site
$300 security deposit required with reservation (returned within one week after property inspection)
